Accommodation library
Build a reusable library of lodges, camps, and accommodations. Attach them to days, display photos and details, and update once to reflect changes everywhere.
Photo management
Upload, organize, and attach your safari photography to days and accommodations. All images are stored securely and load quickly in the client view.
Beautiful client-facing itineraries
Share professional, shareable itinerary links with travelers. Responsive design, clean layout, hero images, pricing sections, inclusions/exclusions, and company branding all included.
Company branding
Upload your logo, set brand colors, and add company details. Your branding appears subtly throughout published itineraries, maintaining your professional identity.
Client feedback & comments
Travelers can leave comments on the entire itinerary or specific days. Track who viewed your proposals and when, all from your activity dashboard.
Multi-language support

Wildlife by national park
Select a national park for any day and automatically display likely wildlife encounters with custom icons. Currently includes all 10 major Uganda parks. Makes safari itineraries more visual and helps travelers understand what they'll see.
